Our BusPass recharge service is subject to the following terms:
To apply for a BusPass, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to verify your information and reject applications that contain false information. Card issuance is subject to approval and may take up to 7 business days.
All payments for card applications and recharges are processed securely. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include all applicable taxes. Refunds for unused cards or recharges may be provided at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.
BusPass cards are for personal use only and may not be transferred to others. Improper use of the card may result in confiscation and termination of service. Lost or damaged cards should be reported immediately.
BusPass Recharge may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
